》什麼是T2IR

Teledyne DALSA 的相機和影像擷取卡有Trigger-to-Image Reliability (T2IR) 技術框架,採用非侵入的方式,在不干擾應用程式的情況下監控影像卡與記憶體之間的訊息,讓使用者可以隨時檢查當前相機與影像卡的狀態,以確保穩定的取像結果。

透過硬體燈號、訊號發送與接收的量,event的觸發…等訊息,在錯誤發生時,可以直接找到造成錯誤的具體原因,節省大量在盡行故障排除上的時間。

 

》使用T2IR的效益

  • 可即時監控視覺檢測系統的訊息,在可控的情況下管理產線
  • 透過可追蹤回溯的錯誤代碼,改善產線的響應時間
  • 減少停機時間,增加系統的穩定性,提升整體產線產值
 

》T2IR適用於哪些場合

  • 一次過多物體出現在相機底下造成過度觸發
  • 需要對設備進行故障排除或是驗證故障成因,如:掉幀、線路或Trigger問題
  • 需要將整套檢測程式進行跨平台移植
  • 在系統過載時,進行降載及追蹤降載時被略過的檢測程序
